[There is currently one Ivan/Heavy in the Welcome Center. He's toiling away in the kitchen, making... well, something that at least resembles his favorite sandwich. They're ridiculously messy and disheveled, but still perfectly edible! Really! He's humming a tune of some sort, in a voice that makes it sound like a rockslide.
